I was treated with Penicillin for syphilis 5 years ago. My current serology is as follows: VDRL: Nonreactive; Syphilis Ab Elisa: Positive (2.05). If I donate blood now, will the recipient get false-positive result for Elisa test after transfusion?

Is this correct? Syphilis only transmissable after chancre appears. Test will be positive 1-2 weeks after chancre. If partner tested neg 5 weeks after we hooked up then I'm fine as her test would be +ve by this point if she had it & was contagious?
Everything is Normal or non-reactive on test results. Was on cipro and bactrim. Could cipro or bactrim have an effect on the test results for syphilis, herpes or hepatitis? Do either of the antibiotics treat any of those diseases?
