A member asked:

Am taking clomipine for low sperm count. how effective are they and what nature remedy can i use in additional to clomiphne?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Only Clomid (clomiphene) 3-4 mo: Guys may need to take Clomid (clomiphene) for at least 3-4 months to see the optimal effect, as it takes 90-108 or so days from the time a sperm is made until it is ejaculated. Clomid (clomiphene) comes in 50 mg tablets and the typical starting dose for a man is either 50 mg every other day or 25 mg daily. ~3 weeks after starting Clomid (clomiphene), he needs to check his FSH, LH, and testosterone levels...high T can decrease sperm
