Which is better for hormone replacement therapy: prempro or combipatch (estradiol and norethindrone)?

Prefer Combipatch (estradiol and norethindrone): Most importantly because it is a patch vs a pill, sometimes for an individual though, one may be better tolerated that the other and one may be more effective than the other.
