Cramps: Appendicitis is typically associated with persistent right lower abdominal ache and tenderness. True cramping is more typical of intestinal irritability, blockages or irritation/inflammation. Abdominal distension and vomiting are serious symptoms. If your symptoms are persisting or worsening, you should be examined by a physician and appropriate tests will be ordered.Otherwise eat a light diet.
