Home pregnancy tests: Home pregnancy tests, even office versions, are only accurate once you've missed your period. So if you're only 7d late now, and you tested 2-3wks ago, then you had a false negative. In order for home pregnancy test to be accurate, you have to wait until you've missed your period (like now). On the other hand, if you had 2nd DepoProvera shot on schedule, it's unlikely that you're pregnant.
