No periods OK: The DepoProvera may work differently with you than the implant. It is normal to NOT get periods on the Depo. I would not say you need to check for pregnancy unless you have pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, tender nipples, fatigue

Not likely: You are not likely pregnant. Irregular bleeding, and often no periods at all, it a common effect of Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone).

Sorry: You need to use birth control of some sort. A blood test would be most accurate to determine pregnancy
