Had an ultra sound lower abdomen just below c -section scar and results came back stating the lump i felt was fat. could this become cancerous?

No: There are tumors (sarcomas) which are cancers of connective tissue (which is type of tissue, along with fat, that's under your scar). Lumps under cesraean section scars are usually scars that can take years to dissolve and go away. The chances of this lump under your cesarean become cancer is very very very close to zero. Doctor can inject with steroids if causing you pain, but time will heal.
