After : After a cesarean section scarring is possible that would cause a cervix to be elevated so I am not sure if "tacked up" was a deliberate suspension procedure or related to scarring. Most scarring becomes evident within the first year. I would recommend a second opinion where you can have a physical examination. Also, bring a copy of the operative report from your cesarean section.
