How can i distingish between gonorrhea and a yeast infection?

It can cause swelling and redness of vulva along with itching and burning pain. It may lead to pain with urination or intercourse.Gonorrhea can cause no vaginal symptoms, intermittent vaginal bleeding, thick green pus-like discharge or ^ vaginal secretions.
