Recheck infection : you may still have an infection such as bacterial vaginosis or another yeast infection from all the antibiotics you were on. So you should see your doctor and have the discharge checked for infection.

Theres failures: of treatmetn in all of those. It is generaly recommended to get proof of cure (reculture) these days due to significant risk of resistant organisms. http://www.cdc.gov/std/treatment/2010/chlamydial-infections.htm
