Phimosis=tight skin: Could be smegma (deand desquamted cells + debris) if ur unabkle to retract foreskin & is benign. Less likely causes for painless bump are syphilis or cancer. You most likely need a circumcision & recommend visiting a urologist. Prominent veins & head of penis being blue should not be of concern.

Not sure: This is tough. A non painful white bump without tenderness and a purple, non paiful penis. Infection, if u are not having sex is low probabily. Could it be trauma with a blister from overuse? I guess it depends on what ur looking at. If its really purple and a big white coin sized bump is looking back at you, it can't be good. If not from personal overuse, i would go in and get checked out.
