IBS: You may have an irritable bowel syndrome and the abdominal pressure may be from intestinal contractions and gas entrapment. If these symptoms persist or worsen, a gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you. On the other hand, the pressure may be from incomplete bowel movements and a glycerin rectal suppository May improve your evacuations.

Not Normal: You need to see a doctor. May be simple like constipation but there are several possibilities that need to be looked into. If you are over 50 you may need a colonoscopy. Could be related to you uterus or bladder too.

Not normal: It is called tenesmus and is often associated with inflammation. Try Miralax (polyethylene glycol) for constipation, if no relief, need to see a dr. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003131.htm
