Here are some ...: Analyzing the onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, and progress of rectal pain and its related Sx over time + physical exam including digital rectal exam (DRE) will give a good idea if the pain you described is hemorrhoid -related or not. So, work with Doc timely and timely care could be delivered.
