How common is ebv in teens ? will it show up on a cbc or a herpes test?

EBV: This is very very common in teenagers. There are several different serological tests that can be used to diagnose this, but it will not show as a specific diagnosis on a CBC or a test for Herpes simplex. EBV is, however, a herpes virus (and there are many others, like CMV, etc.)

I am 24 year old man. I have almond sized lymph nodes all over my body. My CBC levels are just above low in the borderline normal range. Mono, EBV, HIV, and many of tests came back negative. Should I get a biopsy or bone marrow test? Please Help.

Why would EBV return 8 later months with higher numbers, in healthy 17 yr old? I am very worried IgM 90 and IgG 147. Cbc is normal.
