Probably infection: Changing colors of vaginal discharge usually indicates an infection or an STD which are not synonymous terms. If you had just started your symptoms, I would've suggested some OTC meds for vaginal discharge but since it has been going on for months, I recommend an urgent exam for testing for a proper diagnosis and treatment to avoid long term complications. If sexually active, pl refrain for now.

Vaginal discharge: Insufficient information. It is normal to have a discharge differing in consistency depending on where you are in your cycle. It is not clear when your last normal period was or if you are sexually active or using birth control. If you have not had a GYN exam recently I would recommend one to explore this matter further.
