See doctor: Dark greyish brown discharge could be a sign of bacterial vaginosis (typically associated with greyish discharge). Orange isn't a typical color for discharge either, so you may want to see your family doctor or gynecologist to get checked out and make sure health of vagina is good. BV is common and is typically not a STD, but rather an overgrowth of normal bacteria of the vagina. Best of luck !
