Pregnancy test: The first step is to take a home pregnancy test if you think you are pregnant. Then see an Obgyn for spotting and menstrual irregularity. You can also schedule a visit with a gastroenterologist for heartburn if over the counter medications such as Omeprazole or Ranitidine are not helpful.
