Have you done a: sleep study? Sounds like you are not getting enough deep sleep rest. If true, you are staying too close to REM sleep, which robs you of enough rest to deal with the day after. You would have too much awareness proximity to dreaming, hence the vivid recall. This condition can be caused by depression, anxiety/manic states, nutritional toxicity, etc. See a doc.
