May be : You need to practice safe sex to avoid exposure to std. You are more likely to get reinfected than transmit to him if your were successfully treated.

Chlamydia and GC: Chlamydia and gc infect the cervical canal not your labia. The skin fold debris needs to be cleaned, but cannot re-infect you.
