Chlamydia and GC: Chlamydia and gc infect the cervical canal not your labia. The skin fold debris needs to be cleaned, but cannot re-infect you.

No : Gonorrhea and chlamydia do not work that way. You can reinfect yourself. You can clean that off though just to practice good hygiene.
