If ive taken the 2 pills (1 dose treatment) for chlamydia, and its been a day later and i still use the same razor ive been using while having chlamydia, could i reinfect myself? & should i change razors now?

If just using razor for legs or armpits. no need to change razor because of the chlamydia.
