Doubt it is HPV: HPV generally is visualized on the vulva as small elevated lesion. They usually are similar to your skin pigment. You would not be able to visualize the HPV in the vaginal canal. You doctor would exam the vaginal canal for you. The discharge would be evaluated for other sexually passed causes and for yeast.
