Oestrogen tablets/ contraceptive pill, what is better?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tablets/Pills: At age 35, if you think you need female hormones you should see a gynecologist. She/he will take your medical history, examine you, and order related lab studies. If they are all OK you can relax. If there is something wrong the doctor will advise you on what to take.
