No, but ?: If a person was absolutely sure when she ovulates, then she couldn't get pregnant two weeks before; one week riskier. The problem is, you can't be 100% sure when you ovulate so women have reported getting pregnant on any day of their menstrual cycles. If periods are very regular, however, ovulation can be estimated fairly well. ALWAYS use reliable contraception if no pregnancy is desired.
