Should i go to the hospital when i feel a gush of fluids coming out my vagina when i sit up or stand up lower back pain and tighten of the stomach?

Depends: Your question does not indicate if you are pregnant. If you are in late pregnancy, these are definite signs of labor, and going to the hospital is appropriate. If you are in early pregnancy, call your OB. If you are not pregnant, call your doctor. Hope this helps!
