Primary amenorrhea: Hi. You have a condition called primary amenorrhea. Have you had normal breast development? There are many potential causes of primary amenorrhea. Birth control pills will give you periods for most causes of primary amenorrhea, but don't address any underlying problems. You need to talk with your doctor about a referral to a gynecologist or endocrinologist. Good luck!
