Birth control: Some Birth control are good ways to help “regulate” your period and give you some predictability to your cycle. I’d talk to your gyn about a combined hormonal option and see if it’s appropriate for you. A physical exam and possibly sonogram would be good to evaluate for any masses or polyps that could be causing your symptoms.
