I have really loud gurgling noises coming from my stomach and anus . i also cannot seem to empty my bowels even though stool is soft . please help?

Not certain, But...: Based upon your description, I suspect that you are just extremely constipated. I would recommend trying milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) or a similar medication to try to "jump start" the system. See your primary doctor if it persists for more than a week or if you develop significant stomach pain. Take care, and I hope you feel better soon!

Acute? : If it is acute, i.e. Started in the last 1-2 days, maybe after you ate something outside - it could be just gastroenteritis. Now if you have a a lot of nausea / vomiting- fevers - u might consult a doc. Else wait , it should be ok. If this more than acute - see your doc please
