None needed: First of all, Congratulations on your upcoming marriage. There are n special precautions for your first time. If you are not intending on her becoming pregnant you will want to look at a birth control method like condoms, the pill etc. Remember you can become preegnant the first time having sex. I always think it is good to know your Hiv status and have an evaluation for any STD's before.

Communication: Intimacy involves more than just marriage. Be open with your wife, discuss how you are feeling, talk about how she is feeling. Be sure that any sexual activity is mutually desired. If pregnancy is not desired, discuss what forms of birth control you wish to use to prevent it.
