No more than usual: HPV is not transmitted from the toilet seat unless there are active vaginal or perineal lesions present and one immediately sits on the seat which is unlikely. I am assuming that the toilet is often cleaned and hand washing is done regularly after use.

Need no precautions: Genital HPV infections are not transmitted through shared toilets, towels, showers, etc, only by sex. To avoid possibly alarming your roommates unecessarily, it's probably best to not even mention it to them. Follow your doctor's advice about managing your abnormal pap and discuss with sex partner(s). Also discuss HPV vaccine with doc to reduce risk of future infections. Otherwise no worries!

HPV vaccine: If you "girls" are under the age of 26, get HPV vaccine. It will prevent most HPV related diseases.
