I don't really have other symptoms for endometriosis except for sex not feeling good, and at times, feeling painful. should i still get checked out?

How badly: does the pain bother you? If it doesn't bother you so badly, then no need to have surgery to check for endometriosis now. Until/unless you want to try getting pregnant it is 99% a quality of life issue, not any sort of medical emergency.
