Pregnant?: Pregnancy tests are quite sensitive. They can detect pregnancy within a few days of the missed period. Check the expiration date and directions on your test. If the test is has not expired and the control windows responded correctly, you can trust the test. At this time, your missed period is not due to pregnancy.
