Lip bumps: Lip bumps have mild to serious causes. Here are some of the most common causes:
Cold sore, cancer, Fordyce’s spots, acne, bacterial infection, contact allergy, sunburn.
Try to apply some lip balm for a few days and see if they get better, if they persist, you need to see a skin doctor for a diagnosis.
