Strategy: 1) update any pertinent testing to be current within 6 months: semen analysis, relevant blood tests, possibly HSG, 2) consider whether diagnostic laparoscopy may be useful (this is a case by case decision), 3) consider monitored gonadotropin treatments ("shots") or possibly IVF. Fertility treatment is not one-size-fits all, so this is deliberately broad to cover reasonable strategies. Good wishes.
