Get it checked out: I see that you are diabetic. Diabetics can have other hormonal malfunctions, which is the usual cause. You didn't say if your hysterectomy removed your ovaries. I see you are on metformin, lisinopril, and neurontin, (gabapentin) and none of those have breast discharge as a side effect. See your pcp for an exam. Be well.
