There is blood in my stool, it is hard to poop and i dont poop but ever few days unlike how i used to everyday?

Constipation: See the Dr. as it sounds like you are constipated, and the large stool may have caused a laceration or even hemorrhoids to form, causing your bleeding. Bleeding is never normal of course, so you do need to have an evaluation to be safe. Get well, best wishes.

Hemofrrhoids: If the blood was on the outside of the stool and on the paper without any other symptoms, this is very unlikely to be anything else.
