Multiple causes: Several things can cause this. At your age, hemorrhoids is probably the most common cause. Internal hemorrhoids in general bleed but don't hurt. Other less likely causes are peptic ulcers, inflammatory bowel diseases and Merkel's diverticulum.

Many: blood in stool could be caused by multiple things. its better to have an appropriate history and physical exam to be certain. it could be something minor as an anal fissure or internal hemorrhoids. have it checked.
