Several can: Any anti-psychotic medication with robust anti-Dopamine (DA) blockade is more likely to affect sexual functioning than those with less anti-DA. It is worth measuring morning fasting prolactin levels. If normal, then the prime suspect is less likely and the hunt for other less likely candidates is next. Good luck
