What do you suggest if i would like to go off my anti psychotics and take herbal antipsychotics. how many days will it take to finaly sleep after going off?

Please don't do this: There is no such thing as "herbal antipsychotic." It won't work and potentially very dangerous (not studied by anyone so could be unsafe). There is high chance you will get very sick off your medication. If you are having problems or side effects from your antipsychotic, tell your doctor because there are many antipsychotics out there tha can make you feel better.
