Birth control: First congratulations on getting married. Gynera is a combination pill. Should be started on first day of next period. Need to be on it 2-3 weeks before considered safe to avoid pregnancy, so I would HIGHLY recommend a barrier method of contraception as well until then. Hope this helps.
