I've saw my gp twice & they don't know the answer as yet. i keep feeling dizzy & 'fluffy headed', numb tongue, tired & nauseous. any thoughts?

Chronic fatigue: What has your gp done? any labs? do you have any chronic medical conditions or take any meds? are you obese? inactive? pregnant? anxious or depressed? There are many reasons for your symptoms including low grade infection, thyroid dysfunction, anxiety disorder etc. You need to ask your gp specifically to test for thyroid, EBV, pregnancy, electrolyte panel with CBC and explore mental health issues.
