Possible issue: Its my understanding that St. John wort may decrease the effectiveness of your birth control pill. You may want to consider taking plan B today or if you are in the middle of your birth control packet at least consider taking 2 pills today. If you are on one of the blanks (pill days 22-28) you are more likely in the clear.
