I believe i had a miscarriage. i bled for 9 days, have had brown spotting for 2 but now my boobs hurt and i still get nauseated and tired. why?

See a doctor: 9 days of bleeding is not diagnostic for a miscarriage. "boobs hurt[ing]" is also not a typical complaint after miscarriage, but nausea and fatigue can be either a symptom of pregnancy or miscarriage.
