Not certain: Threatened miscarriage usually indicates bleeding in early pregnancy. The bhcg hormone is still present and many women can continue to feel nausea. Also not all bleeding in early pregnancy means that a miscarriage will happen and you may be nauseated from a pregnancy that is continuing to develop. See your doctor.

Try a pregnancy test: If your home pregnancy test is positive you should see a doctor soon. If you really had a miscarriage 18 days ago, it's common to have spotting this far out, but not necessarily normal. A miscarriage would not cause nausea and diarrhea at this point.
