Need evaluation : with a missed period need to be checked for pregnancy. the new birth control pills may be causing the side effects your experiencing, however if you are pregnant the symptoms may suggest miscarriage as well, so the most prudent course of action is to go to ER for evaluation if unable to see your Ob/Gyn within 1-2 days
