On nexplanon for over a year and havent had a period since feb of this year, i have been feeling very weird and sick lately. headaches, cramping, lightheaded, severe back pain, but negative pregnancy tests. im not sure whats going on with me???

Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
