On nexplanon for over a year and havent had a period since feb of this year, i have been feeling very weird and sick lately. headaches, cramping, lightheaded, severe back pain, but negative pregnancy tests. im not sure whats going on with me???

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
