No: While an STD is on my list of possible diagnosis if you are actively having oral sex, it is very low on the list of possibilities. Your symptoms sound like strep throat until proven otherwise, so I would see a doctor and get checked for that. You could also have something like mononucleosis, a viral infection, allergies - so many other possible things other than STD's.
