A member asked:

Is using marcoumar dangerous for having erections .i have an aorta vale replace at 14 october 2013. now in may i don't any erections ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer: Marcoumar (phenprocoumon) is an oral anticoagulant. It has no effects (beneficial or adverse) on erections, so no concerns or "danger". From the little information available, i suspect the cause of your erectile dysfunction is likely underlying vascular disease though the medication atenolol (beta-blocker) may be contributing. You should talk to your md about available treatment options for ed.
