i have a burning sensation in right side of my chest and roughly over the location where aorta is auscultated, now. sometimes it's over the left. ok?

Well, ...?: I would never say a "Burning" sensation is OK. It may or may not be the heart, but something is causing your burning, so get a good examination to diagnose and treat the condition. Best wishes.
