IVF or reversal: Ivf is often the best option today. Ivf offers very good pregnancy rates in an advanced program, and offers ways to reduce the risk of downs' syndrome. A surgical reversal of sterilization is also a good route, for younger women. Check with your fertility doctor for advice.

IVF or Surgery: Ivf or surgery to reverse the tubal ligation both have a place. Ivf is often the best option because it has a higher success rate faster, and at a lower cost. If you are younger (<35) or want multiple preg. Then surgery may be a good choice. Not many of us do many surgeries because they are not covered by insurance. Ivf much better if you are older (over 35). See specialist.
